EA Sports Active Thirty Day Challenge Day One

As mentioned in another post, I finally got the EA Sports Active and went straight into it by doing the thirty day challenge. So today is day one.  And no, I am not going to report every day… But I have to say this: only did one workout but I LOVE IT!!!  I think the workout was for about 23mn and work up a sweat!

You don’t have to have the Wii Fit balance board. But in my opinion it is an advantage as I was watching the differences of exercising without the  Wii Fit balance board. For instance, with the boxing segment, if you have the Wii Fit balance board you have to kick as well as punch.  And For the inline skating, you have to lift one leg to avoid obstacles instead of squatting to simulate a jump.  But I am sure they work it out so somehow it may have the same intensity.

You can also exercise with a friend though this option does not allow the Wii Fit balance board.  It is only day one, so still have a lot to discover.

Another good reason to combine the Wii Fit with EA Sports Active, only the Wii Fit keep tracks of your weight…

Combine this workout with the Wii Fit yoga section (my favorite) and you have a good daily exercise combination in the comfort of your own home and relatively cheap compare to gym memberships or hiring a personal trainer.
