Microsoft's Xbox 360 console will soon be able to play 3D games, after the company signed a deal with LG. The two companies have signed a "memorandum of understanding" to cross-promote 3D technology. The deal initially covers an agreement to sell LG's 3D televisions alongside Xbox 360 games consoles in South Korea, although the agreement could be extended to other countries in future. A listing for a job on Gamasutra seems to indicate that The Sims 3 is being ported to the Xbox 360 from Microsoft and to the PlayStation 3 from Sony.
