    As mentioned in another post, I finally got the EA Sports Active and went straight into it by doing the thirty day challenge. So today is day one.  And no, I am not going to report every day... But I have to say this: only did one workout but I LOVE IT!!!  I think the workout was for about 23mn and work up a sweat! (more...)... more.

    I am a big fan of the Wii Fit.  In fact I would buy a Wii just for the fitness "games".  I bought the Wii when it first came out for my son and the only thing we have ever played was the Wii Sports and especially the tennis.  I play tennis and it might be just me but I felt like I was getting if not better a really good workout playing tennis on the Wii while having fun with my son who cannot play... more.
