Human Augmentation – Enslaving Us All
Imagine a world full of people. Now imagine that world of people equally divided into two separate groups. One group is 100% human, the other group is part human and part machine. This second group of people may be part machine by choice, by accident or even by force. This second group of people have all participated in something called human augmentation.
The humans that have no augmentations are naturally against the humans who have. The augmentations give them super hero like powers. The augmentations could improve on simple things like eye sight, or they could be much more advanced like: completely replacing the lower half of your body with a machine.
This world is now filled with conflict between the two groups of people, but it gets much worse. The humans that have participated in human augmentation must also take a drug that is administered by one company, Sarif Industries. If you do not take this drug, your augmentations will fail, and of course this drug comes at an extremely high price. Now the people that have participated in human augmentations are being controlled by Sarif Industries… Sarif Industries also wants every human to have augmentations either by force, or by their own free will. People are being kidnapped and experimented on. Now the conflict gets much more involved.
