For Xbox 360, Left 4 Dead 2, Dead or Alive 5, Metal gear solid Rising,
For PS3, White Night: Chronicle’s, God of War 3, Uncharted 2.
For Wii, Mario Galaxy 2, Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicle’s, New Super Mario Bro’s.
For PSP, Kingdom Heart’s:: Birth by Sleep, Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, Dissida Final Fantasy.
For DSI, Wariware: Snapped, Brain Age Express, Art Style Aquia.

MAG,Assasins creed 2, Halo 3:ODST, Uncharted 2,RAtchet and clank:a crack in time,Final Fantasy 13,MW2(same old same old), the conduit, pokemon gold, silver and bronze(remake),LBP for PSP, Assasnins credd bloodlines,boredlans, Bioshock 2,Forza 3(i guess), Gran tursimo mobile(W00t 800 cars),super mario galaxy 2, suer mario bros(remake exept with 4 palyers),Mod Nation racers,Halo reach, GOW3(this is obvious),Gran turismo 5(finally),the last guardian, and L4D2.

For all games, I’d have to say Madden for all the systems. That game is the biggest seller each year on nearly every system. Without Madden, E.A. would probably be bankrupt. Other big hits on the PS3 and 360 would have to be Bioshock 2 and Alan Wake. Castlevania has been announced for the 360 and has been a long time coming.
For the Wii, the one that stands out is Super Mario Brothers. It’s the first Super Mario Bros to offer 2 player (simultaneous play)

well prototype is good that came out 4 days ago you can shape shift in to anything and you can parkour ( free running)

Wii: Super Mario Galaxy 2. and super smash bros wii
Xbox 360: modern warfare 2, Halo: ODST, Project Natal(shouldnt count as a game), Madden and nba live 10 if you like sports, and marvel ultimate alliance 2

Best is subject to debate all I can say based on what I have been following is best looking.
PS3: Uncharted 2, God of War 3, Final Fantasy XIII
Xbox 360: Modern Warfare 2, Bioshock 2, Mass Effect 2, (Halo ODST I know its 4 but its worth putting down)
PSP: Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker, Final Fantasy Dissidia, New Monster Hunter
Wii: Metroid Trilogy, Metroid Other M, New Super Mario Brother Wii
DS: Zelda, Dragon Quest IX (The only 2 DS games worth bringing up)

Wii: Super Mario Galaxy 2. That is all. The Wii’s lineup is sh*thouse to say the least.
DS: Not sure.
PS3: MAG, Gran Turismo 5, Final Fantasy XIII Versus
PSP: Not sure.
Xbox 360: Forza Motorsport 3, Halo: ODST, Project Natal.
