How do you make an open business in We Rule? (The online game for itouch and phone)?

When you create a business, i.e. mine, tailor, school, wizard’s tower, etc, it is an “open” business. It is open to anyone who has you added to their kingdom.
A business can only fill one order at a time, and a “friend” can only order from one business at a time. So the more businesses and the more friends the faster orders and gold and XP while come in.
